Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have the return shipping cost deducted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item (following the return process) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
